Note No. 23/COI-R/2012, Dt. 04-02-2012. ****** ORDER : Whereas an enquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradeash Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against the following officers: 1. Sri Ch Rama Krishna, Dy.EE 2. Sri M.Lukesan, AE. 2. Where as Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, GAD was appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against said officers vide reference 1st read above; 3. And whereas of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries was retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31-12-2011, and it becomes is necessary to appoint an other officer as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the above said officers. 4.
