(DCM-I) Dept., Dt. 03-02-2012. *** O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer (R&B) Rural Roads, in his letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.2nd read above, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 1346.00 Lakhs (Rupees Thirteen Crores and Forty Six Lakhs only) towards repayment of principal amount for the quarter ending 29.02.2012 on the term loan taken from HUDCO. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to "6003-Internal Debt of the State Government – MH.109 Loans from Other Institutions-SH(19) Loans from A.P. Road Development Corporation (HUDCO) -560 Repayment of Borrowings (Charged)" and adjusted to "8342-Other Receipts - 103-Receipts to Government Companies and Corporations etc. - SH(10)-A.P. Road Development Corporation - PD Account No. 239, SBH, Gunfoundry of the Managing Director, APRDC. 3. The Transport, Roads & Buildings (OP.II) Department shall prefer an adjustment bill as ordered in para (2) above. 4. The Chief Engineer (R&B) & Managing Director, APRDC, shall take further necessary action in the matter. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Fin.
