Rs.8370/- to M/s. Apurva Enterprises, Hyderabad, towards supply of Letter
heads/Visiting cards/Rubber Stamps – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.8,370/- (Rupees
Eight thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Only) to M/s Apurva Enterprises,
Hyderabad towards supply of Letter heads/Visiting cards/ Rubber stamps for the use
of Principal Secretaries, Joint Secy., and Deputy Secy.s., Industries & Commerce
Dept., Hyderabad during 2011-12.

2. The Amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “3451 Secretariat Economic Services – 090 Secretariat – SH (07) Industries
and Commerce Department – 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II/Claims) Department shall draw the
amount in favour of the M/s. Apurva Enterprises, Hyderabad and credit the same
into their A/c. No.456101010035020, Union Bank of India, Asifnagar Branch,
Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
orders in force.
