ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B),
Buildings, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord
Administrative sanction, for an amount of Rs.2,13,000/- (Rupees Two
Lakhs and Thirteen thousand only) to take up Internal colouring and
tiles flooring and providing Nelton mesh to window to Govt Qtrs.
No.BH 4/6 at Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad O/b Sri
Dr.Manoranjan Bhanjan, IFS, Addl.Principal Chief Conservator.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
the following Head of Account:
MH 4216 - Capital Outlay on Housing – 01 M.H.106 GPA –
G.H.11 NSP – S.H.(04) Residential Accommodation – 530
Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure.
3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take
further action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.0674/36/A2/Expr.PW/12, Dt.27.01.2012.
