The Interest-I from 01/01/2012 to 31/03/2012 @ 7.21% at monthly rests which effectively works out to 7.25% at quarterly rests works out to Rs.79,75,187/- (Rupees Seventy Nine Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand One Hundred and Eighty Seven only) towards Interest-I on Housing Loan Account Bearing No. 52088525055. Also the Interest–II from 01/01/2012 to 31/03/2012 for an amount of Rs.1,13,53,690/- (Rupees One Crore Thirteen Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety only) on Housing Loan Account Bearing No. 62095148649 @ 10.25% per annum on quarterly basis for the further loan of Rs.70.00 Crores availed on 31st March, 2009. Further the Interest–III from 01/01/2012 to 31/03/2012 for an amount of Rs.64,54,385/- (Rupees Sixty Four Lakhs Fifty Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Five only) on Housing Loan Account Bearing No. 62128020090 @ 10.25% per annum on quarterly basis for the further loan of Rs.35.00 Crores availed on 31st March, 2010. 3. Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby accord sanction for incurring an expenditure not exceeding Rs.5,23,79,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Twenty Three Lakhs Seventy Nine Thousand only) towards repayment of Principal- I, II & III on prorate basis out of the i.e., Rs.2,08,64,842/- (Rupees Two Crores Eight Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Two only), Rs.1,97,95,585/- (Rupees One Crore Ninety Seven Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Five only) and Rs.1,17,18,573/- (Rupees One Crore Seventeen Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Three only) to State Bank of Hyderabad, A.P. Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure on repayment of Principal amount I, II & III shall be debited to “6003 Internal Debt of the State Government; 109 – Loans from other Institutions; Principal- I, II & III payable for the quarter ending of 31st March, 2012 to the State SH (16) Loans from SBH, Hyderabad; 560-Repayment of Borrowings’ in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders by way of reappropriation from overall savings. 5. The expenditure on payment of interest- I, II & III shall be debited to “M.H.2049 –Interest Payments (charged); 01-Interest on Internal Debt; 200-Interest on other Internal Debts; SH (32) Interest on take over of outstanding housing loans of employees by SBH;450 - Interest” in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders by way of reappropriation from overall savings. 6. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Finance (Claims) Department is hereby requested to draw the above mentioned amount on six separate bills and repay the amount sanctioned in para 2 and 3 above to State Bank of Hyderabad, A.P.
