Secretary to Government (Retd.), Finance Department has stated that he has incurred expenditure of Rs.19,236/- for his treatment of “Kidney Disease (CKD) ” from 09.08.2011 to 02.11.2011 at NIMS Hospital, Hyderabad. 2. The Director for NIMS, NIMS Hospital, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.19,236/-(Rupees nineteen thousand two hundred and thirty six only). 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.19,236/-(Rupees nineteen thousand two hundred and thirty six only) to Sri B. Myna Rao, Addl. Secretary to Government(Retd), Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred for his treatment as per G.O. Ms. No.74, HM&FW Department, dt.15-03-2005. 4.
