From VRM Auto Works, Hyderabad Bill No. 1633, Dt.18.1.2012 ***** O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.4875/- (Rupees Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Five Only) to VRM Auto Works, Hyderabad– towards repairs/replacements to Government Vehicle No. AP 09AW1 being used by the Principal Secretary to Government (T & M) Industries & Commerce Department during the financial year 2011-2012 2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451 Secretariat Economic Services – 090 Secretariat – SH (07) Industries and Commerce Department – 500 – Other charges – 510 Motor Vehicles”. 3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II/Claims) Department shall draw the amount in favour of the VRM Auto Works, Hyderabad and credit the same into their A/c.
