ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the references first to fifth read above,
and as requested by the department in the reference sixth read above, Government
here by issue a Budget Release Order to the Commissioner of Health and Family
Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.119,00,00,000/- ( Rupees One
hundred and Nineteen Crores only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury
Control Orders pending adjustment in final modification of B.E. 2011-12 under the
following Matching State Share of Centrally Sponsored Schemes:-

(A)119,00,002. The Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad is
permitted to present the bill to the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad with a
request to issue the cheque for the above said amount in favour of State Health and
Family Welfare Society, Hyderabad.
3. The above authorized additional amount of Rs,119,00,00,000/- shall be met
in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders pending adjustment in final modification of
B.E. 2011-12.
4. The HM&FW Department shall take necessary action for issue of
administrative sanction as per the instructions issued in U.O Note NO.29875-
A/1283/A1/BG.1/2006, Finance (BG.I) Department,dt,25-11-2006.
