O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
Rs.23,550/- (Rupees Twenty three thousand five hundred and Fifty only) to
VRM Auto Works, Hyderabad– towards repairs/replacements to
Government Vehicle No. AP 9 BR 1984 being used by the Principal
Secretary to Government (T & M), Industries & Commerce Department
during the financial year 2011-2012.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head
of Account “3451 Secretariat Economic Services – 090 Secretariat – SH (07)
Industries and Commerce Department – 500 – Other charges – 510 Motor
Vehicles”.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II/Claims) Department shall draw
the amount in favour of the VRM Auto Works, Hyderabad and credit the
same into their A/c. No. 910020012065046, Axis Bank Ltd, Secunderabad
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department
as per orders in force.
