ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings,
in the reference read above, Government hereby accord Administrative
sanction, for an amount of Rs.3,41,500/- (Rupees Three Lakhs, Forty One
Thousand and Five Hundred only) to take up Renovation of toilet and certain
civil works in Govt. Qtrs. No. BH 4/7 at Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyd. O/b
Sri Sudharsan Reddy, IAS, Joint Collector II, R.R. District.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
following Head of Account:
MH 4216 - COL – 01 M.H.106 GPA – G.H.11 NSP – S.H.(04)
Residential Accommodation – 530 Major Works – 531 Other
Expenditure.
3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take further
action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide
their U.O.No.0675/37/A2/Expr.PW/12, Dt.27.01.2012.
