ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Sugar & Cane
Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad in his Letter 3rd read above, Government, after
careful examination of the matter, hereby exempt Sri Venkateswara Cooperative
Sugar Factory Limited, Ganjulamandyam of Chittoor District from convening the
General Body meeting for the Cooperative year 2010-11 on or before 30-9-2011
and accord permission to convene the same on or before 31.3.2012 under the
provisions of Section 123 of APCS Act, 1964.
2. The Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad shall
take necessary action in the matter.
