(Ser.VII.(V&E-2) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 174 Dated: 15-02-2012. * * * ORDER: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against Sri D.S.R. Ashok Kumar, Dy. Executive Engineer, I&CAD, Irrigation circle, Vijayawada. 2. And it is considered that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the said officers. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule-20 of the said rule, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri K. Srinivasula Reddy, I/C Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle, Ongole as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the said officer. 4. Copies of reports, charge memoranda and Written Statements of Defence submitted by the Accused Officers are forwarded herewith to the Inquiring Authority. The Presenting Officer will produce other original documents relating to the case before the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to complete the enquiry duly following the procedure laid down under rule 20 of APCSS(CCA) Rules, 1991 and submit his report within two months.
