In terms of the orders issued in the references 1st to 6th read above, Government hereby accord sanction for the refund of an amount of Rs.9,137/- (Rupees nine thousand one hundred and thirty seven only) in lump sum being the amount contributed under A.P.State Employees Group Insurance Scheme (i.e. Rs.2676/- Saving Fund + Rs.6461/- interest) to Sri P.Yadaiah, Senior Driver (Retd.,), Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department for the period from 1-11-1984 to 31-10-2010 A.N. as calculated in the statement enclosed to this order. 3. The amount sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to the following Head of account: “8011 - Insurance and Pension Funds. M.H.107 - State Govt., Employees Group Insurance Scheme. 01 - Group Insurance for State Government Employees. 002 - Saving Fund 003 - Interest from Government” 4. The YAT&C Claims Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para-2 above and disburse the same to the individual. -2--2- 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
