O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
Rs.54,285/- (Rupees Fifty four thousand two hundred and eighty five only)
to M/s. Yaamini Computers, Masabad Tank, Hyderabad Hyderabad,
towards supply of toners for the use of Industries and Commerce
Department, during the financial year 2011-12.
2. The Amount sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to the Head
of Account “3451 Secretariat Economic Services – 090 Secretariat – SH (07)
Industries and Commerce Department – 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other
Office Expenses”.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II/Claims) Department are
requested to draw the amount in favour of “M/s. Yaamini Computers” and
credit the same into their account No. 20044705965, Bank of Maharashtra,
Khairtabad branch, Hyderabad. .
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
per orders in force.
