From Smt J.Janakamma W.O Late Sri J.Bhavani, Driver Irrigation & CAD(IW) Department, application dated. 13.02.2012. *** O R D E R : Sri J.Bhavani, Driver, Irrigation & CAD (IW) Department has expired on 25.12.2011 while in service. Smt J.Janakamma W/O Late Sri J.Bhavani, Driver in her application 5th read above has requested to accord permission to encash the earned leave at credit of her husband as on the date of his death i.e. 25.12.2011. 2. Accordingly, in terms of the orders issued in G.O’s 1st to 3rd read above, permission is accorded to the legal heirs of Smt J.Janakamma W/O Sri J.Bhavani Driver to encash 300 days of earned leave at he credit of Late Sri J.Bhavani, Driver on the date of his death i.e. 25.12.2011 and to receive pay and allowance in liew there of as admissible according to rules and orders in force. 3. Certified that necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the above individual. 4. The Irrigation & CAD (IW-OP-Claims ) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in the Para 2 above to all the legal heirs of Late Sri J.Bhavani, Driver in equal share. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance(FR) Department as per the rules or orders on the subject.
