Irrigation & CAD(IW) Department application dated. 13 .02.2012 *** O R D E R: Smt J.Janakamma W/O Late Sri J.Bhavani, Driver Irrigation & CAD (IW) Department who is retiring from service on 31.12.2011 AN on attaining the age of superannuation, in his application 3rd read above, has requested to refund the amount contributed by him towards A.P.State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme together with interest accrued thereon. 2. Accordingly in terms of the orders issued in G.Os. 1st and 2nd read above, sanction is accorded for the refund of an amount of Rs.2,691/- (Rupees Two thousand six hundred and ninety one only) in lumpsum being the amount contributed under A.P.State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme (i.e. Rs.170/- principal + Rs.2,521/- interest) to Sri J.Bhavani, Driver, Irrigation & CAD Department for the period from June 1983 to December 2011 as calculated in the statement enclosed to this order. Certified he has not availed any E.O.L. during the above period. 3. The amount sanctioned in para-2 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account : “8011 - Insurance and Pension Funds MH 106 – Other Insurance and pension funds 01 – A.P.State Employees Family Benefit Fund 003 - Interest from Government 4. The Irrigation & CAD (OP:Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para-2 above and disburse it to the individual. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
