From the Senior Consultant APITCO Limited Hyderabad Letter APICTO/GRE/DPR -50 Locations/1049/2010 dated 05.10.2010 2. G.O.Rt.No.661 of Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (T) Department, dated 06.07.2010 3. From Under Secy. to Govt. of India, Ministry of Tourism, New Delhi, Letter No.5- PSW/76/2010, dated 04.07.2011. ***** O R D E R: In the reference 3rd cited the Government of India have conveyed sanction of the President of India for release of Central Financial Assistance of Rs 772.50 lakh (Rupees seven crore seventy two lakh and fifty thousand only) for “Development of Minimum Tourist Infrastructure with Basic Tourist Facilities & Amenities in various Districts of Andhra Pradesh” and for release of Rs.618.00 lakhs (Rupees six crore eighteen lakh only) (being 80% of the sanctioned CFA) as first installment of the CFA as an advance for starting the work. Since no funds were released for this project earlier, no utilization certificate is due in the matter. 2. The final instalment of Rs154.50 lakh (Rupees One crore fifty four lakh and fifty thousand only) being 20% percent of CFA will be released on receipt of utilization certificate within twelve months of the closure of the financial year in Form GFR 19A for the released amount and a report on physical progress achieved in implementation of the project components. 3. In pursuance of the Central Financial Assistance Release Orders issued in the reference 3rd read above, administration sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.772.50 lakhs to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad for the “Development of Minimum Tourist Infrastructure with Basic Tourist Facilities & Amenities in various Districts of Andhra Pradesh” and for release of Rs.618.00 lakhs towards 1st installment under Plan for the year 2011-12. 4. The procedure of drawal of funds and the Drawing Officer are specified in Col.
