In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders were issued extending the term of the Person-in-Charge of Kovur Cooperative Sugars Limited, Nellore for a period six months from c14-1-2010 to 30-6-2010. The term of the Person-in-Charge of Kovur Cooperative Sugar Factory, Nellore expired by 30-6- 2010. 2. The Commissioner of Sugar & Cane Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad in the references 3rd and 4th read above has requested the Government for extending the term of Person-in-charge of Kovur Cooperative Sugar Factory, Nellore District for period of 12 months (in two spells) from 1-7-2010 to 31-12-2010 and from 1- 1-2011 to 30-6-2011 as the extension of term of the Person-in-Charge of Kovur Cooperative Sugars Limited, Nellore is essential, since the factory is running under Cooperative Sector as part of revival Programme and it will continue it’s crushing operations during the year 2011-12. 3. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32(7)(a)(ii) of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964), the government hereby extend the term of the Person-in-Charge of Kovur Cooperative Sugars Limited, SRSP Nellore District for a further period of 12 months (in two spells) from 1-7-2010 to 31-12-2010 and from 1-1-2011 to 30-6-2011 or till the elections to the society are held whichever is earlier. 4. The Commissioner of Sugar and Cane Commissioner, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.
