Read the following:- 1) G.O.Rt.No.535, Industries & Commerce (C&EP) Department, dated:21.9.2011. 2) G.O.Rt.No.18, Industries & Commerce (C&EP) Department, dated:7.1.2012. 3) From the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, Lr.No.HDC/Dev/Budget/2011-12, dated:16.2.2012. 4) G.O.Rt.No.895, Finance (Expenditure, Industries & Commerce) Department, dated:14.3.2012. >><< O R D E R: In the Government Orders 1st & 2nd read above, Government has released an amount of Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy five Lakhs only) for the three quarters i.e., Rs.25,00,000/- lakhs for each quarter towards Plan Schemes of the Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad. 2) In the reference 3rd read above, the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the Government have allocated funds for an amount of Rs.100.00 lakhs in the Budget 2011- 12 to Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited to undertake capital expenditure for Rs.90.00 lakhs and Artisan Welfare activities i.e., Old age pension to Artisans for Rs.10.00 lakhs towards Grant-in-Aid under plan in the following Head of Account. Head of Account 2875 – Other Industries 60 – Other Industries M.H. 800 – Other Expenditure G.H. 11 – Normal State Plan S.H.(16) – Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited 310 – Grants – in Aid 312 – Other Grants-in- Aid 3) He has also stated that the 1st quarter funds i.e. Rs.25 lakhs was released during October 2011 and 2nd & 3rd quarter funds @ 50% of Budget Provision i.e., Rs.50.00 lakhs released during January, 2011. The Corporation has taken up the following Projects and completed the same except Artisan Welfare activities. Sl. Particulars Amount (Rs.) The project was completed and final bills are yet to be received from Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Hyderabad. The expenditure for over and above of budget sanction will be met from the internal resources of the Corporation. He has requested the Government to release of 4th quarter funds @ 25% of Budget Provision i.e., for Rs. 25.00 lakhs to enable the Corporation to complete the Projects during the year 2011-12. 5) In the Government Order 4th read above, the Finance (Expenditure, Industries & Commerce) Department have issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Lakhs only) to the Principal Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department, under the Head of Account of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited towards 4th quarter under plan from Budget Estimates provision in the year 2011-2012. 6) The amount sanctioned in Para (5) above shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited shall furnish the expenditure details/utilization certificates for the entire amount to Government from time to time as per rules in vogue. 8) The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 9) This order issues in accordance with the Budget Release Order issued by Finance (Expenditure, Industries & Commerce) Department vide Government Order 4th read above and vide their U.O.No.5969/70/Expr.I&C/2012, dated:15.3.2012.
