O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.430/-
(Rupees four hundred thirty only) towards the cost of flag, flag cover and red
sticker to the Government vehicle bearing No.AP9E 1241 being used by the
Principal Secretary to Government (Culture), Youth Advancement, Tourism and
Culture Department, undertaken by M/s. V.R.M Auto Works, Budha Bhavan,
Boats Club, Secunderabad.
2. The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the following
Head of Account:-
“2251–Secretariat Social Services–090-Secretariat-SH.(14)-Youth
Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department-510-Motor Vehicles”.
3. The Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (OP.Claims) Department
shall draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above and obtain the cheque in
favour of M/s. V.R.M. Auto Works, Bank of India, A/c. No.864020100110877,
Balanagar Branch, Hyderabad AP-500011, MICR No. 500013004, IFSC Code
No. BKID0008640.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-II)
Department as per orders in force.
