Read the following:- 1) G.O.Rt.No. 1112, TR&B (S.I) Dept., dt. 23.11.2011. 2) From the Engineer–in-Chief (R&B), Administration & N.H., Hyderabad, Lr.No.67/VC(1)/2011, dt. 06.02.2012. *** ORDER:- Sri T. Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer, (R&B) QC Division, Kadapa, attains the age of superannuation of 58 years and his date of retirement is notified as 29.02.2012 A.N. in the G.O.1st read above. 2. The following disciplinary cases are pending against Sri T. Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) QC Division, Kadapa:- (1) Articles of charge were framed against Sri T. Premananda Reddy, the then I/c Executive Engineer (R&B), Adoni vide Engineer–in-Chief (R&B) Memo. No. 210/VC(1)/2011-1, dt.23.3.2011, for allowing deficiency of bitumen content in MSS Layers beyond permissible limits in respect of the work of “Improvements to Kapati – Pedatumbalam road from KM5/2 to KM 16/7 in Kurnool District” (NABARD). (2) Articles of charge were framed against Sri T. Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) QC Division, Kadapa vide Engineer–in- Chief (R&B) Memo. No. 67/ VC(1)/2011-4, dt.31.01.2012, for not inspecting the work of improvements to the Road from Km 10/0 to 25/8 of Urvakonda – Kanekal Road in Anantapur District, even though the work was completed by 95%, proposing nominal recovery in QCRs towards deficiency of bitumen content in SDBC & BM though the deficiencies are beyond tolerable limits noticed during the inspection by V&E officials in respect of the above work, and not maintaining OK Cards as per agreement conditions for the above work. (3) Articles of charge were framed against Sri T. Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) QC Division, Kadapa vide Engineer–in- Chief (R&B) Memo. No.1370/VC(1)/2011, dt.02.02.2012, as he failed to inspect the work of SR to the road from Km.36/0 to 42/295 of Dhone-Rayalacheruvu road though the work was completed. (4) Show Casue Notice was issued on Sri T. Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) QC Divn., Kadapa (the then DEE (R&B) Kurnool) vide Engineer–in-Chief Memo.No.1784/VC(6)/2010-2, dt.30.04.2011, for the contingencies noted in the work of “RIDF X- Improvement to Roads from Km.0/0 to 11/2 of Brahmanakothkur- Midthur in Kurnool District”. P.T.O.-2- 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration, in his letter 2nd read above requested to permit Sri T.Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) QC Division, Kadapa, to retire from service on 29.02.2012 A.N., on attaining the age of superannuation of 58 years, without prejudice to the outcome of the disciplinary cases pending against him. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby permit Sri T.Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) QC Division, Kadapa, to retire from service on 29.02.2012 A.N., on attaining the age of superannuation of 58 years, without prejudice to the out come of the above disciplinary case. 5. The Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested not to release full pension and D.C.R.G., in respect of Sri T. Premananda Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) QC Division, Kadapa, until the conclusion of the above disciplinary cases pending against him. 6. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration shall take further necessary action accordingly.
