State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, A.P., Hyderabad while submitting detailed proposal for Construction & Commissioning of Komaranenivaripalem Lift Irrigation Scheme on Right bank of Saki Drain at Km 0.05 above Kommamur Canal near Pothukatla village, Parchuru Mandal of Prakasam District for providing Irrigation facilities to an extent of 990 acres with latest rates of cement and steel, has stated that the Hydrological clearance has been accorded for utilizing 165.00 MCFT of water (40.40 cusecs of discharge at an average requirement @ 12 hours per day) for creating an irrigation potential to an extent of 990 acres. He has further stated that the components, of the work of site clearance for a value of Rs.11,250/- and earth work excavation in approach road for a value of Rs.1,16,906/- i.e., the total amount of Rs.1,28,156/- could be taken up under MGNREGP duly following the procedure, and requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.940.00 lakhs under normal State plan funds allotted to APSIDC for the year 2011-2012 under the Head of Account 4702- 101-GH(11)-SH(15)-530,531 for Construction & Commissioning of Komaranenivaripalem Lift Irrigation Scheme on Right bank of Saki Drain Kommamur Canal near Pothukatla village, Parchuru Mandal of Prakasam District duly deleting Rs.1,28,156/- for site clearance and earth work excavation in approach road from the proposal. 2) Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord administrative approval to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.9,39,21,156/- (Rupees Nine crores thirty nine lakhs twenty one thousand one hundred and fifty six only) out of which Rs.9,37,93,000/- (Rupees Nine crores thirty seven lakhs and ninety three thousand only) shall be met out of::2:: Normal State Funds available with A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Ltd., for Construction and Commissioning of Komaranenivaripalem Lift Irrigation Scheme on Right bank of Saki Drain at Km 0.05 above Kommamur Canal near Pothukatla village, Parchuru Mandal of Prakasam District. 3) The expenditure sanction in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “4702-MH-(101)-GH (11)-SH (15) Lift Irrigation works 530/531 Other Expenditure”. 4) The Rural Development Department have agreed to the work of site clearance and earth work excavate in approach road components under the shelf of project for taking up it under MGNREGP. Hence expenditure for the remaining amount of Rs.1,28,156/- for the component of site clearance and earth work excavation in approach road shall be met from out of the MGNREGP funds. 5) The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. State Irrigation Development Corporation Ltd., shall take necessary action in the matter. 6) This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department, vide their U.O.
