GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT P.S. – Roads and Buildings Department - Sri K.Jagan Mohan Gupta, the then I/c.EE(R&B), Assembly Buildings Division, Hyderabad, now I/c.SE (R&B) Retired on 31.12.2011 – Complaint registered in Police Station under SC/ST Act, 1989 – No case filed in the Court – Release of pensionery benefits – Orders – Issued. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRANSPORT, ROADS & BUILDINGS (VIG.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 186 Dated: 16.02.2012 Read the following: 1) From Sri Hanumanthu, Contractor, Chintalbasthi, Hyderabad, complaint,dt:02.02.2011. 2) Govt.Memo.No.1388/Vig.I(2)/2011-1, dt.04.02.2011. 3) From the ENC (R&B), Admn., Lr.No.173/VC(5)/2011, dt.08.12.2011. 4) G.O.Rt.No.1202, T,R&B Department, dt.24.12.2011. 5) From the ENC (R&B), Admn., Lr.No.173/VC(5)/2011, dt.31.01.2012. ******* O R D E R:- It was brought to the notice of the Government that Sri K.Jagan Mohan Gupta, while working as I/c.Executive Engineer (R&B), Assembly Buildings Division, used filthy language against Sri Hanumantu, Contractor, and the Contractor filed a complaint, dt.02.02.2011 in Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, against the above said Executive Engineer (R&B). 2) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., was requested to furnish a detailed report in the matter, in the reference second read above. In the reference third read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., has requested to issue orders permitting Sri K.Jagan Mohan Gupta, the then EE (R&B), ABD, Hyderabad, now I/c.SE (R&B), I&QC Circle, Hyderabad, to retire from service on 31.12.2011 A.N., without prejudice to the out come of the case, filed in the Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad. 3) Government, in the reference 4th read above, permitted him to retire from service on 31.12.2011 A.N., on attaining the age of superannuation of 58 years, pending finalization of the Criminal case. 4) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., in the reference 5th read above, has stated that a complaint was registered, against the above said Officer, in Police Station, Saifabad, by a Contractor, but no communication is received in this regard either from the Police Department or from the Court/any other place directly and there is no financial implication involved in this case. Therefore, he has requested Contd….P.2:: 02 :: for release of pensionary benefits of Sri K.Jagan Mohan Gupta, the then EE (R&B), ABD, Hyderabad, now I/c.SE (R&B), I&QC Circle, Hyderabad. 5) Government, after careful reconsideration of the matter, have observed that neither the department nor the Court filed any case/issued charges against the above said Executive Engineer; and that the complaint filed by the Contractor, Sri N.Hanumanthu, was a private complaint only. 6) Government, therefore, decide and hereby direct release of DCRG and full pensionary benefits of Sri K.Jagan Mohan Gupta, the then EE (R&B), ABD, Hyderabad, now I/c.SE (R&B), I&QC Circle, Hyderabad (Retired on 31.12.2011). 7) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration & National Highways, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
