O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.1,24,624/- (Rupees One
Lakhs Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Four Only) towards
purchase of a new Desktop Computer, HP Laser All in one printer (Print, Scan,
Copy, Fax, Phone, Net-1216 nfh), HP Laser Toner – 88A and HP Scanjet N6350.
2. The amount sanction at para-1 above shall be debited to the following
Head of Account:-
“3452 – Tourism, 01 – Tourist Infrastructure, 102 – Tourist
Accommodation & Other facilities to Tourists – Schemes included in PLAN, 11 –
Normal State Plan SH(13)- 500- Other Charges 503 – Other Expenditure”.
3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Department shall
draw the amount sanctioned at para-1 above and disburse the same to
M/s. Yaamini Computers, Hyderabad through cheque by following details;
