Dept, dt. 14.03.2012. **** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Director, Institute of Public Enterprises, O.U. Campus, Hyderabad has requested the Government to sanction an amount of Rs. 4.20 lakhs for the year 2010-11 to IPE to meet the expenditure of Consultancy Cell and MBA (PE) Programme and also requested to enhance the grants of the Institute to Rs. 60 lakhs and to credit the amount to PD Account No. 230 IPE maintained at SBH, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Finance (Expr. Ind. & Com.) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 1.05 lakhs (Rupees one lakh five thousand only) towards 4th quarter amount under Non-Plan out of the provision of Rs. 4.20 lakhs made during the year 2011-12. 3. After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction and release an amount of Rs. 1.05 lakh (Rupees one lakh five thousand only) towards 4th quarter provision to IPE to meet the expenditure on Consultancy Cell and MBA(PE) Programme. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce (OP) Department is hereby authorized to prefer an adjustment bill with the Pay & Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and to adjust the same by crediting the amount to PD Account No. GA 230 of Institute of Public Enterprises with the State Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad to the following Head of Account:- CREDIT 8449 – Other Receipts 120 – Miscellaneous Deposits SH (21) – Deposits of Institute of Public Enterprise 5. The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2852-Industries – 80-General – MH.800-Other expenditure – SH(05)-Institute of Public Enterprise-310- Grants-in-aid-312-Other Grants-in-aid”. 6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to authorize for crediting the amount i.e., Rs. 1.05 lakh (Rupees one lakh five thousand only) to the PD account No. GA 230 of Institute of Public Enterprises, with the State Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad. 7.
