O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991 read with Rule 24 of the said Rules, is being held against Sri P.V.Sai Prasad, Senior Assistant and Sri V.Ravindranth, Senior Assistant (Retd.), Office of Regional Transport Officer, Ongole. 2. And whereas, it is considered that inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the said charged officers; 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991 read with Rule 24 of the said Rules, the disciplinary authority hereby appoint to Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department as the Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the said charged officers mentioned at para 1 above. 4. The Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall furnish all relevant records/documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority through the Presenting Officer. 5. The attested copies of charge Memos, Written Statement of Defenses of charged officers and a copy of order of appointment of Presenting Officer are enclosed herewith. 6. The inquiring authority is requested to conduct, complete and furnish his enquiry report within (2) months.
