In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 21/01/2012 from the Labour
Court-II, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 41 of 2009 held in between
Md. Azeemuddin, S/o Mahaboobsab, Driver and the Managing Director,
APSRTC, Musheerabad, Hyderabad and one other be published on the
Notice Board of the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad.
