O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.3,750/- (Rupees Three
Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) towards Mobile Phone No. 9603796379
charges for the use of Assistant Accounts Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Department
for the months from September, 2011 to February, 2012 (6 months).
2. The amount sanctioned at para-1 above shall be debited to the following
Head of Account:-
“3452 – Tourism, 01 – Tourist Infrastructure, 102 – Tourist
Accommodation & Other facilities to Tourists – Schemes included in PLAN, 11 –
Normal State Plan, 05 – Development of Infrastructure Facilities for Tourism
promotion, 130 – Office expenses, 131 – Service Postage, Telegram and
Telephone Charges”.
3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Department shall
draw the amount sanctioned at para-1 above and disburse the same to
Smt. M. Suguna, Assistant Accounts Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Department.
