Note No.23/COI-R/2012, dt.04-02-2012. *** ORDER:- Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 was ordered to be held in the G.O 1st read above by Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Member, Commissionerate of Inquires as Inquiring Authority against the following Officers:- S/Sri:- (1) Sri S.Pakeer Babu, AE (R&B) (2) Sri P.Ganapathi Rao, I/c EE (R&B) (Retd.) (3) Sri M.Bharadwaj, SE (R&B) (Retd.) (4) Sri V.V.S.L.Narayana, EE (R&B) (Retd.) and (5) Sri N.Moses, Junior Asst. (R&B). 2. And whereas, consequent on the retirement of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Member, Commissionerate of Inquires, it is decided to re-assign the case of Sri S. Pakeer Babu, AE (R&B), and four (4) others to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby entrust the departmental enquiry against Sri S. Pakeer Babu, AE (R&B), and four (4) others, to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, GAD, as the Inquiring Authority, to inquire into the charges framed against the above said officers. 4. The General Administration (COI.R) Department shall furnish the relevant records/documents connected with the inquiry to the new Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the enquiry from where it was stopped by the former Inquiring Authority and furnish his enquiry report, at an early date.
