From the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad, Letter No.20693/OP.II(2)/2009, dated.29.01.2011. & & & O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad in the reference 4th read above, Government, hereby accord sanction for reimbursement of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) towards the expenditure incurred by Smt. S.Gajalakshmi, Senior Assistant, (Retd)., (R&B)., Division, Tirupathi, for treatment to her self of Osteo Arthritis Bilateral Knee L<HTN at Vijaya Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Nadu State, during the period, from 28.04.2010 to 10.05.2010, in Emergency conditions, in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972, as a special case. 2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the head of account to which the pay and allowances of the individual is debitable. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 4. The Medical Bills (in Original) returned herewith shall be acknowledged. 5. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.M&H) Department, vide their U.O.No.2705/170/A2/E.M&H.1/2012, dated.15.02.2012.
