S.Gajalakshmi, Senior Assistant, (Retd)., (R&B)., Division, Tirupathi, for treatment to her self of Osteo Arthritis Bilateral Knee L<HTN at Vijaya Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Nadu State, during the period, from 28.04.2010 to 10.05.2010, in Emergency conditions, in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972, as a special case. 2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the head of account to which the pay and allowances of the individual is debitable. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 4. The Medical Bills (in Original) returned herewith shall be acknowledged. 5.
