NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 30/01/2012 from the Labour
Court-II, Hyderabad, passed in I.D.No. 59 of 2009 held in between
Abdul Rasheed, S/o Late Mohd. Isamuddin and the Depot Manager,
APSRTC, Narayankhed Bus Depot, Medak District be published on the
Notice Board of the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad.
