I & C) Department have issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.43,03,69,000/- (Rupees Forty Three Crores Three Lakhs Sixty Nine Thousand Only) towards 3rd installment for the schemes of Incentives for Industrial Promotion under plan from B.E. provision 2011-12. 2. In the light of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Expr.I& C) Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.43,03,69,000/- (Rupees Forty Three Crores Three Lakhs Sixty Nine Thousand Only) towards 3rd installment for the schemes of Incentives for Industrial Promotion under plan from B.E. provision 2011-12. 3. The Commissioner of Industries, AP, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and adjust the amount in serial numbers 1 to 5 and 8 in the table of Para 3 above to the PD Account No.GA.128 of Andhra Pradesh state Financial Corporation preferring an adjustment bill with pay and Accounts Officer. With regard to serial numbers 6, and 7, 8 in the table of para 3 above, the Commissioner of Industries, A.P., Hyderabad is authorized to draw the sanctioned amount for incurring the expenditure under the schemes on D.V.Bill. He shall furnish the expenditure details/utilization certificates for the entire amount to Government from time to time. 5.
