GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Establishment –Handlooms and Textiles - - Permission to the Principal, Sri Pragada Kotaiah Memorial Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District to engage the (07) Technical persons on outsourcing basis– Accorded – Orders – Issued. =================================================== INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE (TEX) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 193 Dated 26-03-2012 Read the following:- 1.From the DH&T, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.5291/09-E1, dated 24-06-2010. 2.G.O Ms.No.3, Finance (SMPC-II) Department, dt.12-01-2011. *** O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, the Director of Handlooms and Textiles, and Development Commissioner for Apparel Export Parks, A.P., Hyderabad has stated that Sri Pragada Kotaiah Memorial Indian Institute of Handloom Technology (SPKM, I.I.H.T), Venkatagiri has received Textile Machineries for various sections i.e., Weaving, Dyeing, Printing, Testing Powerloom and Garment Sections. These equipments have to be maintained properly for the benefit of students of the Institutions and there is every need to extract maximum benefit from out the machinery with proper care and maintenance. For proper upkeep and maintenance of the above equipment, certain manpower is quite essential. Even though certain posts were sanctioned by the Government during 1992, they were subsequently discontinued. Further some posts which were sanctioned for certain activities, are also vacant at present. The Institute is facing much inconvenience in up keeping the machinery for best use of the students. Further, the new academic year is starting from 1st July onwards and as such, there is immense need to accord permission to the Principal, SPKM, I.I.HT., Venkatagiri, Nellore District to engage the technical persons required for up keeping and maintain the machinery, on outsourcing basis. In toto, (6) technical qualified persons, (1) Junior Assistant and (1) Data Processing Officer are essentially required to run the administration on proper lines and to achieve the desired results. 2. The Director, Handlooms & Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government to consider the proposals and accord permission to the Principal, Sri Pragadha Kotaiah Memorial Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, (SPKM, IIHT), Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District to engage the (7) Posts on out sourcing basis, so as to avoid any dislocation of training programmes in the institute. 3. After careful examination and in pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord sanction to the Director, Handlooms & Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to permit the Principal, Sri Pragada Kotaiah Memorial Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District to engage the following (07) Technical persons on outsourcing basis, duly following guidelines scrupulously:- Sl.
