(2) From the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.3887/09-E1, Dt.08-02-2011. **** O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad was accorded permission for continuation of contract employees i.e., (4) Data Entry Operators with remuneration of Rs.9500/- per month per post; (2) Drivers with remuneration of Rs. 8000/- per month per post; (4) Security Guards with remuneration of Rs.6700/- per month per post and one Sweeper with remuneration of Rs.6700/- per month working in the Office of the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad for a further period of one year i.e., from 01-04-2011 to 31-03-2012, on outsourcing basis and One post of Telephone Operator with remuneration of Rs.8,440/- per month by discontinuing (2) posts of Drivers for a period of One year i.e., from 01-04-2011 to 31-03-2012 to work in the Office of the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad on outsourcing basis, duly following the outsourcing guidelines as mentioned therein. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord necessary permission for continuation of the following contract employees on outsourcing basis working in the Commissioner of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad, for a further period of one year from 01-04-2012 to 31-03-2013 by entering into fresh agreement with the agency and duly following guidelines, with enhanced remuneration as ordered in G.O.Ms.No.3, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 12-01-2011 for smooth running of the day to day administration in Head Office and the contractual payment to the outsourcing personnel will be met within the budget allocations for the year 2012-13 as detailed below. Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Director of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad for further continuation of contract employees i.e. (4) Date Entry Operators, one (1) Telephone Operator and two (2) Drivers (posts mentioned at SL.No.1-3 at para.2 above ) for a period of 6 months (i.e. from 4.3.2012 to 3.9.2012) working in the Office of the c on outsourcing basis and duly following the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously. He is also advised to outsource the function rather the outsourcing of Security Guards and Sweeper in the office of the Director of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad. 4. The Director of Handlooms, Textiles & Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC) Department, vide their U.O.No.5072/366/A1/SMPC.II/2012, dated 06-03-2012.
