Read the following:- 1.G.O.Rt.No.3, Ind.&.Com.(M.III).Dept.,dt.02-01-2010. 2.G.O.Rt.No.903, Finance (B.G.I)Dept.,dt.15.03.2012. *** O R D E R : Government filed an appeal vide SLP (C) No.13169-13170 of 2009 in the Supreme of India against the orders of Hon’ble A.P.High Court dated 11-12-2009 in W.P.M.P.No.33733 of 2009 in W.P.No.25910 of 2009 filed by M/s.Obulapuram Mining Company(P)Limited and WPMP No.33962 of 2009 in WP No.26083 of 2009 filed by M/s.Anantapur Mining Corporation. Also filed SLP (C)No.7366-7367 of 2010 against the final orders of A.P.High Court dt.26-2-2010 in the above mentioned W.P.No.25910 & 26083/2009. 2. Government have engaged the services of the following Sr.Advocates/ Advocates in the process of filing and further hearings of the above mentioned SLPs: Sri G.E.Vahanvati, Attorney General for India, SCI Sri Parag P.Tripathi, Sr.Advocate, SCI. Sri T.V.Ratnam, Advocate (engaged as Advocate on Record), SCI. 3. The Industries & Commerce (OP-II-Claims) Department shall take necessary action for drawing and disburse the amount by way of cheque to the M/s.Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad accordingly.
