From the VC&MD, SAAP Lr.No.SAAP/Accounts/PNB/977/2008, Dated:22-02-2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1022, Finance (Expr.GAD-II) Department, Dated:20-03-2012. *** ORDER : In the circumstances reported by the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department, vide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.278.61 Lakhs (Rupees Two Crore Seventy Eight Lakhs and Sixty One Thousand only) towards additional provision under Plan Scheme for payment of loan instalment to Punjab National Bank upto end of March, 2012 in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders, pending inclusion in Supplementary Estimates 2011-12. 2. The amount sanctioned in para.1 above is subject to recoupment by way of supplementary grant. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh shall submit necessary proposal for obtaining supplementary grant for the above amount immediately during the financial year 2011-12. 3. The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account.:- “MH-6202 Loans for Edn., Sports, Art & Culture-03-Sports and Youth Services-MH-800-Other Loans – GH-11-NSP-SH (04) - Loans to SAAP-003-Loans for repayment to Financial Institutions” (to be opened). 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Finance (DCM.II) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above and pay to Punjab National Bank, Bank Street, Hyderabad (Loan Account No.020 700 IC 00017801) by way of Account cheque. 5. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary follow-up action as at Para (2). 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD.II) Department vide their U.O.No.6122/55/Expr.GAD.II/A1/2012, dated:21-03-2012.
