Disciplinary case pending - Permission to retire from service on
29.02.2012 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation of 58 years,
without prejudice to the disciplinary case against him – Orders –

ORDER:-
Sri K.Suresh, Dy.SE(R&B), Hyderabad, attains the age of
superannuation of 58 years and his date of retirement is notified as
29.02.2012 A.N. in the G.O. 1st read above.
2. The following disciplinary cases are pending against Sri K.
Suresh, Dy.SE(R&B) :--
(1) The Govt. in G.O.Rt.No.1536, T,R&B Dept., dt.14.10.2008 have
appointed Sri D.V.Bhavana Rao, the then CE (R&B), QC,
Hyderabad as I.A. to inquire into the charges framed against Sri
K.Suresh, the then Dy.EE(R&B), NBD, Hyd., and others for
certain irregularities committed in execution of construction of
Bala Jyothi School Building near Golconda Fort, Hyderabad.
(2) Articles of charges were framed against Sri K.Suresh, vide
ENC’s Memo.No.10513/Ser.III(1)/2001, dt.17.9.02 while
working on deputation as Dy.EE (H) in APSHC Ltd., Hyd. During
the period from 1.7.98 to 31.8.2000, he has recorded the
measurements without execution of work like 2nd coating of
plastering CM (1:3) was not done for the entire internal walls of
the 1st floor, no plastering work was done in Toilet Block and
not provided Glass panel for Windows resulting in excess
payment of Rs.5.11 lakh and also released part payment to a
tune of Rs.83,860/- without completion of Windows and Door
frames in respect of the “Construction of Govt. Girls High
School Builidng at Jamali Darwaja, Golconda”. The Building is
not fit for occupation and caused wasteful expenditure of public
money.
3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., in his letter 2nd read above
requested to permit Sri K.Suresh, Dy.SE(R&B), Hyderabad, to retire
from service on 29.02.2012 A.N., on attaining the age of
superannuation of 58 years, without prejudice to the outcome of the
disciplinary cases pending against him.
4. Accordingly, Government hereby permit Sri K.Suresh,
Dy.SE(R&B), Head Quarters Circle, Hyderabad, to retire from service

on 29.02.2012 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation of 58
years, without prejudice to the out come of the above disciplinary
cases.
5. The Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is
requested not to release full pension and D.C.R.G. in respect of
Sri K.Suresh, Dy.SE(R&B), Hyderabad, until the conclusion
of the above disciplinary cases pending against him.
6. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration shall take action
accordingly.
