The Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) and release Rs.2,23,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Three Thousand Only) initially for providing Tourism amenities (Dormitories and Toilets) and Renovation work to Kesava Swamy Temple at Nidamarru (Village & Mandal), West Godavari. 3. The amount sanctioned at para -2 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “3452-Tourism, 01-Tourist Infrastructure, 102-Tourist, Accommodation & other facilities to Tourist, GH 11-Normal State Plan, SH (05) – Development of Tourist Infrastructure facilities, 500 – Other charges, 503 – Other Expenditure (Plan); 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing & Disbursing Officer, YAT&C (PMU) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned at para-2 above and disburse the same to the District Collector, West Godavari after obtaining the Advanced Stamp receipt and detailed estimates. 5. The District Collector, West Godavari shall furnish the Utilization Certificate for the amount sanctioned towards of the said works.
