N O T I F I C A T I O N Whereas the Governor of Andhra Pradesh has declared in G.O.Rt.No.1860, Labour Employment Training and Factories (Labour-I) Department, Dt.19.09.2008, the Machine Tool Aids Reconditioning Industry in the State of Andhra Pradesh was declared as a Public Utility Service for the purpose of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) for a period of six months from 19.9.2008. WHEREAS THE SAID PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS IS EXPIRED ON 18.3.2009. AND WHEREAS the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, is satisfied that it is necessary to declare the said industry as Public Utility Service for a period of six months in public interest. NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares the Machine Tool Aids Reconditioning Industry as Public Utility Service Unit for a period of six months from the date of issue of G.O.
