Srilakshmi, CAS, ESI ward, A.P. Chest Hospital, Erragadda, Hyderabad was selected in P.G Course in M.D.(Radio Diagnosis) at Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada as in-service candidate for a period of 3 years from 27.05.2011 to 26.05.2014 .The Medical Officer has already prosecuted P.G. Diploma (2 years) in DTCD. She was paid the stipend for the above period by the Government Dr.B.Srilakshmi, CAS has prosecuting M. D.( Radio Diagnosis) is not the same specialty to her previous P.G in DTCD. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby permit the Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad to sanction EOL for a period of 3 years for the academic year from 27.05.2011 to 26.05.2014 to prosecute her P.G. Course in M.D. (Radio Diagnosis) at Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada and the Medical Officer is eligible for to sanction stipend for a period of one year from 27-05-2011 to 26-05-2012 as per G.O.Ms.No.260, H.M&FW(E2)Dept. dt.10.07.97 read with G.O.Ms.No.279, HM & FW (2) Dept., dated:09.07.2001.
