Read the following:- From the T.C., Hyderabad, Letter No. 4794/T1/2011, dated: O7.01.2012. & & & ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Transport Commissioner, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government to sanction an amount of Rs.1200.00 lakhs (Rupees Twelve hundred lakhs Only ) during the 4th quarter of 2011-12 to clear the pending bills of Home Guard salaries, Speed Post charges, implementation of CFST Project, Purchase of Consumables, payment of Net Connections, BSNL leased lines, construction of office buildings with scientific driving test track and Road safety related activities to be utilized under User Charges and Rs. 4.04 lakhs (Four lakhs four thousand only) under the head of account - 270 Minar works towards 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarters. 2. Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1200.00 lakhs (Rupees Twelve hundred lakhs Only ) during the 4th quarter of 2011-12 Budget to clear the pending bills of Home Guard salaries, Seed Post charges, implementation of CFST Project, Purchase of Consumables, payment of Net Connections, BSNL leased lines, construction of office buildings with Scientific Driving Test Track and Road safety related to be utilized User Charges under the following Head of Account: 2042 - Taxes on Vehicles 001 - Direction and Administration SH (01) - Head quarters office 800 - User Charges 801 - Other Charges – Other Expenditure – Rs.7,50,00,000/- SH (03) - District offices800 - User Charges 801 - Other Charges – Other Expenditure – Rs.4,50,00,000/- ------------------------ Rs.12,00,00,000/- ------------------------ And also accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 4.04 lakhs (Four lakhs four thousand only) under the head of account - 270 Minor works towards 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarters of the Budget 2011-12. 3.
