Advancement Stamp recipt No.20123, Dated: 21-03-2012 along with invoice of Jyothi Computer Services. ***** O R D E R: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.25,853/- (Rupees twenty five thousand eight hundred and fifty three only) to M/s Jyothi Computer Services, Hyderabad towards monthly remuneration to two outsourcing employees (DEO’S) engaged in Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department for the period from 21-02-2012 to 20-03-2012. 2 The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “2251-Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (14) Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department – 300 – Other Contractual Services.” 3 The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture (OP) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above. as follows:- a) Rs.25,320/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand three hundred and twenty only) in favor of M/s Jyothi Computer Services, AXIS Bank Ltd., Branch: Corporate Banking Branch, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Cash Credit Account No. 911030062648747, IFS Code: UTIB0001634. b) Rs.533/- (Rupees Five hundred and thirty three only) in favor of Assistant Secretary to Government, and DDO, YAT&C Department, S.B.H, A.P.Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad, A/c.No.622 024 608 98, MICR No.500004056, IFSC Code No.SBHY0020077, for remitting the same to the I.T.
