From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.352/ CDS/12, dt:28.02.2012. >><< ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.3393/- (Rupees Three thousand three hundred and ninety three only) to Sri K. Narise Rao, PS to Prl. Secy. to Govt., (Retd.) towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred by him for his wife’s treatment for “DM & Osteoporosis” for (3) month from 22.11.2011 at Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts: “3451 - Secretariat Economic Services 090 - Secretariat. 07 - Industries and Commerce Department. 010 - Salaries 017 - Medical Reimbursement. 3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the above amount to the individual. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of H.M & F.W.
