LABOUR EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND FACTORIES (IMS) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 205 Dated:10.02.2012 Read: From DIMS Lr.Rc.No.4692/E1A/2008, Dated:26.11.11 & & & O R D E R: In the reference read above, the Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad has stated that the Dr. B. Durgamba, Civil Assistant Surgeon, ESI Hospital, Ramachandrapuram was selected in P.G Course in M.S (ENT) at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad under service quota for the academic year 31-05-2008 to 30-05-2010 and the Medical Officer has already prosecuted P.G. Diploma (2 years) in DLO. She was paid the stipend for the above period by the Government. As per rules in force, if the medical officer to be prosecuted the P.G Degree in the same specialty, the medical officer to be eligible for deputation as in-service candidate with pay & allowances for further one year period and remaining two years period study leave may be sanctioned without pay and allowances. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby permit the Director of Insurance Medical Services, A.P., Hyderabad to sanction deputation for a period of (1) year for the academic year from 31.05.2008 to 30.05.2009 with pay and allowances and for the remaining period (1) year i.e. 31.05.2009 to 30.05.2010 as EOL on study purpose to Dr. B. Durgamba, Civil Assistant Surgeon, ESI Hospital, Ramachandrapuram to prosecute her P.G Degree Courses in M.S. (E.N.T.) at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad as in-service candidate as per G.O.Ms.No.260, H.M&FW(E2)Dept. dt.10.07.97 read with G.O.Ms.No.279, HM & FW (2) Dept., dated:09.07.2001. 3. The period of absence of the Medical Officers during study of their P.G Course shall be treated as on duty under F.R 9(6) (b). 4.
