Speaker, A.P. Legislative Assembly – Administrative Sanction for
Rs.7.90 Lakhs - Accorded – Orders - Issued.

Read the following:-
1. From the E-in-C (R&B), Buildings, Hyd., Lr.No. TA8/ ATO/
Sathupalli, Dt.13.10.2011.
2. From the E-in-C (R&B), Buildings, Hyd., Lr.No.
10144/BB(1)/2011, Dt.11.01.2012.

ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B),
Buildings, in the references read above, Government hereby accord
Administrative sanction, for an amount of Rs.7.90 lakhs (Rupees
Seven Lakhs and Ninety Thousand only ) for Emergent Repairs to
Qtr.No.6-1-57 at Khammam in Khammam District occupied by Sri
Batti Vikramarka Mallu, Dy. Speaker, A.P. Legislative Assembly.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
the following Head of Account:
“MH 4216 Capital Outlay on Housing – 01 Government
Residential Buildings – MH 106 General Pool Accommodation -
GH 11 Normal State Plan – SH (04) Residential Accommodation
– 530 Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure”
3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take
further action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.1807/78/A2/Expr.PW/12, Dt.09.02.2012.
