O R D E R : - Under clause (4) of section – 3 of the A.P. Payment of Salaries and removal of Disqualifications Act, 1953 (Act 11 of 1954), Income Tax on behalf of the Minister for Major Industries, Sugar, Commerce & Export Promotion shall be paid by the State Government taking into consideration the salary and other allowances, etc. paid to them. Income Tax is due to be paid for the Financial Year 2011-12 on behalf of the Minister for Major Industries, Sugar, Commerce & Export Promotion. 2. Under clause (3) of A.P. Payment of salaries and removal of Disqualification Act, 1953, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 83,325/- (Rupees Eighty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Five only) towards Income Tax for the period from 1.3.2011 to 29.2.2012 payable to the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS circle, 14(2), IT Towers, Hyderabad towards Income Tax payable by the Government on behalf of Hon’ble Minister (MI, Sugar and C & EP) for the Financial year 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to “2013 council of Ministers – MH-101-Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers –SH (04)-Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – 010 – Salaries”. 4.
