Representation from Sri E.Lakshmi Narasimhulu, Deputy Executive Engineer (U/s), Minor Irrigation, Allagadda Sub-Division, Allagadda, Kurnool District, dated 12-12-2011. * * * O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued placing the accused officer Sri E.Lakshmi Narasimhulu, Deputy Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Allagadda Sub-Division, Allagadda, Kurnool District under deemed suspension from the date of his detention i.e., the 04-07-2010 under Rule 8(2)(a) of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 and shall remain under suspension until further orders. 2. In the instant case, Final Report of Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad has been received vide reference 2nd read above. Based on the recommendations of the Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad in his Final Report dated 16-05-2011, Prosecution sanction order was issued and also initiated departmental action against the accused officer Sri E.Lakshmi Narasimhulu, Deputy Executive Engineer, by issuing of Articles of Charges framed against him vide references 3rd and 4th read above. 3. In the reference 5th read above, Sri E.Lakshmi Narasimhulu, Deputy Executive Engineer (U/s) in his representation dated 12-12-2011 has stated among other things and informed that he was placed under suspension for a period of 18 months and he is receiving meager salary of 50%. He is facing several family problems and he could not maintain his family and also mentally he could not recovery from this agony. He has requested to consider his case sympathetically and drop further action against him and reinstate him into service in the interest of justice. 4. Government after careful examination of the entire issue, has been observed that the accused officer has already completed eighteen months under suspension and Final Report of the Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau is already on record, the request of the accused officer Sri E.Lakshmi Narasimhulu, Deputy Executive Engineer (U/s) is considered and it has been decided to reinstate him into service duly posting him to a far off, non-focal post, without prejudice to the A.C.B. Case/Disciplinary Case pending against him. (P.T.O.)::2:: 5. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action for giving posting orders to the accused officer Sri E.Lakshmi Narasimhulu, Deputy Executive Engineer, to a far off place i.e., non-focal post, under intimation to the Government.
