Rt.No. 212 Dated:30-03-2012. Read the following:- 1. From the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, A.P., Hyd., Dated 07.06.2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1754, Finance (Expr.I&C) Dept., Dt.29.04.2011. --::o0o::-- ORDER :- In the reference first read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms and Textiles Department, Hyderabad has stated that Government have sanctioned an amount of Rs.303.20 lakhs so far under the scheme and the same was released to the societies and settled the claims of 10% Yarn subsidy upto 31-03-2009. Further, the following 10% Yarn subsidy claims of Primary Weavers Cooperative Societies have been received from the concerned Assistant Directors (H&T) so far and the same are yet to be settled for want of sufficient funds:- Sl. The Commissioner, Handlooms & Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to release an amount Rs.1.00 Crore from out of the Budget provision of Rs.5.00 Crores under Financial Assistance to weavers, which was already provided in the Budget for the year 2011-12 to clear the arrear claims pending with the Handlooms and Textiles Department for settlement, duly debiting the expenditure to the Head of Account SH - (11) Financial Assistance to Weavers and authorize him to draw and disburse the same to the concerned. 3. While enclosing a copy of Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (Exp.I&C) Department has advised this Department to meet the expenditure from the already released funds under 1st Quarter Budget Release Order. 4. After careful examination of the matter, keeping in view of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Exp.I&C) Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1.00 (Rupees One Crore only) to clear the arrear claims of 10% Yarn subsidy pending with the Handlooms and Textiles Department. (PTO)-2- 5. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the following Head of Account :- ““2851 - Village and Small Industries - MH.103- Handloom Industries -Schemes included in the Plan - 11 - Normal State Plan - SH(11) - Financial Assistance to Weavers 310 - Grants-in-aid 312 - Other Grants-in-aid” 6. The Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the same to utilise the funds properly for the purpose for which it is sanctioned. 7. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.I&C) Department, vide their U.O.No.17080/237/Expr.I&C/11, dt 16-07-2011 and as per Budget Release Order issued vide G.O.Rt.No.1754, Finance (Exp.I&C) Department, dated 29-04-2011.
