Executive Engineer, Sri P. Kishore, Deputy Executive Engineer and Sri L. Subba Rao, Assistant Engineer, office of the Superintending Engineer, AMR SLBC, Project Circle No.1, G.V. Gudem, Nalgonda district on the defects identified in the C.C. Ling work executed from 8.800 to Km.9.600 of Distributory No. 8 & 9 of AMR SLBC Project Life Scheme against 2. And whereas it is considered that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the above said Engineering officials . 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule-20 of the said rule, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri G. Chittibabu, I/c. Chief Engineer, A.P.E.R.L. Himayatsagar, Hyderabad, as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the said engineering officials of AMR SLBC Project Circle No.1, G.V.Gudem, Nalgonda district. 4. Copies of reports, charge memos and Written Statements of Defense submitted by the Accused Officers are enclosed herewith to the Inquiring Authority. The Presenting Officer will produce the other original documents relating to the case before the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to conduct the enquiry and submit his report within two months.
