Read the following: 1) From the Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad Lr. No.ENC/IW/P&M/EE.III/W2/2075/2009, dated 23.07.2011 & 09.09.2011. 2) Govt. Memo No.17970/Ser.V.2/2011-2, dated 25.08.2011. -x-x-x-x-x- ORDER:- The Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad in reference 1st read above has reported that, Sri Md. Shareef, S/o Md. Khaja Hussain, HR Worker of TGP Distributory Division No.1, Nandyal expired due to Heart Attack on 07.08.2010 FN while on duty at Pothireddy Padu Head Regulator Site and the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Joint Commissioner of Labour, Zone-IV, Kurnool in his letter No.C1/47/2011, dated 05.05.2011 has requested to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.6,52,280/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty only) (8000 x 50/100 x 163.07) as per Section 4(1)(a) and schedule-IV of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923. The Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad has therefore requested for necessary orders of the Government. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.6,52,280/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty only) towards compensation amount to be deposited with the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Joint Commissioner of Labour, Zone-IV, Kurnool. 3. The above compensation amount is to be debited to the following Head of Account “4700-01-MH.123-TGP-GH(11)-NSP-SH(27) - C&D - Work Charged Estt.” during the financial year 2011-2012. 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (W&P) Department vide their U.O. No.3291/F7(A2)/2011-1, dated 26.09.2011.
